- Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation, except for COD orders.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds are necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:

- Season can be cancelled minimum 12 hours ago before by contacting our support team.
3.2 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only the season cancelled for emergency cause.
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, unless there is a clear error on our part.
3.3 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Bank or card processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
